About Us

1995'ten Bu Yana Kurumsal Hukuk Hizmeti

Göçüm Law Office was founded in 1995 in Bursa by Atty. Olcay Göçüm. For over thirty years, the office has been providing legal consultancy and advocacy services to both individual and corporate clients. The founding philosophy of the firm is based on the principle of resolving legal matters swiftly, effectively and accurately; accordingly, the office operates across a wide spectrum, particularly in real estate law, lease law, condominium ownership, urban transformation, commercial law and labor law (Göçüm, 2023).

The founding partner, Atty. Olcay Göçüm, was born in 1970 in the Maden district of Elazığ and completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1995. After graduating, he registered with the Bursa Bar Association and began practicing as an independent attorney. Throughout his career, Göçüm has not only handled litigation but has also taken active roles in the legal community.

Göçüm served as a member of the Bursa Bar Association Board of Directors during the 2008–2010 and 2012–2014 terms. During these periods, he made active contributions to advancing the legal profession, strengthening solidarity among colleagues, and structuring bar education programs. He also served as an instructor at the Bursa Bar Association Education Center, pioneering efforts to enhance the professional competence of young lawyers (Milliyet, 2014).

Integrating his academic knowledge with practice, Göçüm is the author of two books published by Adalet Publishing: "Lease Law – In Light of Court of Cassation and Regional Court of Appeal Decisions Oriented Towards Practice" and "Condominium Ownership Law and Urban Transformation." Both works are recognized as reference sources by practitioners and academics (Göçüm, 2022; Göçüm, 2023).
