This page explains the functions used when this website is visited and the limits of information sharing.
Site functions
The site has no contact form, membership, newsletter subscription or online payment. The only form is the application form on the careers page; the details entered and the CV file are forwarded to the office’s email address without being stored on the server. To prevent misuse of the form, a one-way hash of the sender’s IP address is kept for one hour.
Analytics and advertising
No advertising, analytics tools that measure visitor behaviour, social media plug-ins or other third-party scripts are used on the pages. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from the site’s own server.
Connection and access data
When a page is accessed, technical information such as the IP address and the time of the request is processed by the infrastructure hosting the site (Hostinger, Germany). The scope and retention of these records depend on the hosting service’s terms. This statement does not mean that no personal data is processed.
External links
Links to legislation and to the office’s location on a map lead to the relevant authority or service provider only when the visitor clicks them. Data processing on those sites is governed by the information provided by that authority or provider. The site contains no embedded maps, videos or social media components.
Sharing professional information
Information and documents provided in the context of a legal matter are handled under the duty of confidentiality in Article 36 of Attorneyship Law No. 1136 and the rules on the protection of personal data. Confidential information and documents should be shared through a suitable channel agreed with the office rather than by unencrypted email.
Information on personal data
The data controller, the purposes and legal bases for processing personal data, the recipients, and how to exercise the rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 are explained in the personal data notice.
